  1. PRODUCT FEATURES AND PRICES

  1. METHOD OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

By electronically transmitting the Purchase Order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these Conditions of Sale in relations with the Belize Tourism Board relating to the purchase. Following receipt of the Purchase Order, Belize Tourism Board will verify the availability of the product or service ordered. As a result of this verification, it will send the Customer by e-mail a confirmation of receipt containing these Conditions of Sale, including the provisions those relating to the right of withdrawal, and therefore all the information already contained in the summary of the commercial and contractual conditions displayed before proceeding with sending the Purchase Order.

The sales contract is considered concluded and perfected when Belize Tourism Board sends the Customer electronically the confirmation of receipt of the Purchase Order completed and transmitted by the Customer, after verifying the correctness of the data provided and transmitted.

The Purchase Order will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary for processing and in any case no later than the legal deadlines.

Belize Tourism Board reserves the right not to process Purchase Orders that are incomplete or incorrect or inconsistent with the commercial policy referred to in paragraph 1 of these Conditions of Sale, as well as in the event of unavailability of the products ordered. In these cases we will inform you that the contract has not been concluded and that Belize Tourism Board has not followed up on the Purchase Order, specifying the reasons.

In particular, if the products presented on the Site are no longer available or on sale at the time of your access to the Site, or at the time of sending the order form, it will be the responsibility of Belize Tourism Board to promptly notify you of any unavailability of the Products .   1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The products purchased through the Site will be shipped by Belize Tourism Board via courier (if physical product) or by email (for virtual products) to the address indicated in the Purchase Order within 4 (four) working days from the moment of conclusion of the contract.

If the products purchased through the Site are limited editions, customized ad hoc, or the relevant contract is concluded as part of promotional initiatives, during prize events or temporary initiatives of any nature, Belize Tourism Board does not guarantee delivery within the terms above indicated.

In these cases the delivery period may vary based on product availability or the characteristics of the promotion. Such changes will be appropriately communicated by Belize Tourism Board on the Site and/or by sending emails or other methods of communication.

In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery for any reason, he will leave a notice of passage containing the numbers useful for setting a new delivery date. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payment for orders can be made:

Belize Tourism Board, within 14 days following receipt of the communication relating to the withdrawal, will fully refund the amount paid by the Customer. The costs of returning the products to Belize Tourism Board are borne by the Consumer.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned.
