Belize Indigenous Garifuna Trail

The Belize Indigenous Garifuna Trail features Historic sites, places of memory, structures of architectural interest and cultural spaces in both Dangriga and Hopkins.

The development of this trail was made possible with the support of community members, the Dangriga Monitoring and Coordination Committee, the Belize National Library Service and Information System through the National Heritage Library, the Belize Archives and Records Service, the National Institute of Culture and History through the Institute for Social and Cultural Research, the Belize Tourism Board, the Ministry of Tourism and Diaspora Relations, the Caribbean Tourism Organization and Dr Peitra Arana.
